BUYMINIBIKES.COM LIMITED WARRANTY

BuyMiniBikes.com hereby warrants that each Dirt Bike, Pit Bike, Scooter, or ATV purchase shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of (6) Six Months from the date of purchase, with exception to the stated limitations in this warranty.

This warranty guarantees that the buyer will receive a brand new 100% functional product. During the warranty period we will provide replacement parts free of charge, upon proof of a valid warranty claim. The buyer is required to provide documented information and detailed images of all warranty claims. The buyer understands and agrees that replacement parts will be provided to them free of charge for them to replace himself or herself, and that upon the request of BuyMiniBikes.com, the buyer will be required to return the damaged parts to BuyMiniBikes.com.

This warranty does not cover any labor, shipping fees, or damages due to neglegence, misuse, or abuse by the end user or from any unforeseen events. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the product’s warranty period. All parts replaced under warranty become property of BuyMiniBikes.com.

General exclusions from this warranty shall include any failures caused by:

1. Improper usage and/or misuse of the vehicle.
2. Installation of aftermarket and/or third party parts and accessories.
3. Abnormal strain, neglect or abuse.
4. Lack of proper maintenance.
5. Accident or collision damage.
6. Modification of original parts.
7. Damage due to improper transportation.

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS from this warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine maintenance; such as body plastics, spark plugs, oil, oil filters, air filters, and brake shoes.

THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY under this warranty shall be to:

1. Operate and maintain the vehicle as specified in the appropriate owner’s manual or by the manufacturer.
2. Notify BuyMiniBikes.com of any and all apparent defects within (5) five days of discovery of the defect, and provide the required details, images, and/or general information requested by BuyMiniBikes.com to process your warranty claim. The buyer may utilize the contact form or parts order form provided on BuyMiniBikes.com to submit a warranty claim.
3. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, AND THE VEHICLE(S) MODEL NUMBER WITH THE WARRANTY CLAIM SUBMISSION.
