ORION PRO EXTREME Series™ Dirt Bike Assembly

The ORION PRO EXTREME Series™ Dirt Bike Arrives in a steel cage encased in a cardboard box.

ASSEMBLY:

Remove the bike from it's steel cage.

Mount the handlebars, ensure the rubber stopper is removed from the handbrake assembly to allow easy installation of the front tire. Apply some thread lock to the handlebar bolt threads, position the handlebars at the same angle as the rake of the front forks and tighten the nuts.

Mount the front tire by sliding the axel through the front forks. Ensure each axel spacer is on the appropriate side of the tire. Ensure the brake rotor is lined up inside the brake caliper when mounting. Apply some thread lock to the axel's threads and tighten the axel nut.

Mount the rear shock. Apply some thread lock to the rear shock bolts threads and tighten the nuts.

Ensure you remove the engines vent tube clamp. The vent tube is located at the back of the engine. Failure to remove this clamp may cause overheating and/or irreversible damage to your engine.

ORION PRO MOTO-X Series™ Pit Bike Assembly

The ORION PRO MOTO-X Series™ Pit Bike Arrives in a steel cage encased in a cardboard box.

ASSEMBLY:

Remove the bike from it's steel cage.

Mount the handlebars, ensure the rubber stopper is removed from the handbrake assembly to allow easy installation of the front tire. Apply some thread lock to the handlebar bolt threads, position the handlebars at the same angle as the rake of the front forks and tighten the nuts.

Mount the front tire by sliding the axel through the front forks. Ensure each axel spacer is on the appropriate side of the tire. Ensure the brake rotor is lined up inside the brake caliper when mounting. Apply some thread lock to the axel's threads and tighten the axel nut.

Mount the rear shock. Apply some thread lock to the rear shock bolts threads and tighten the nuts.

Mount the tank faring assembly and number plate assembly.

Check the chain guide to ensure that it allows the chain to move freely without rubbing.

Ensure you remove the engines vent tube clamp. The vent tube is located at the back of the engine. Failure to remove this clamp may cause overheating and/or irreversible damage to your engine.

Mini Chopper Assembly

The Mini Chopper Arrives in a steel cage encased in a cardboard box.

ASSEMBLY:

Remove the bike from it's steel cage.

Mount the handlebars, ensure the rubber stopper is removed from the handbrake assembly to allow easy installation of the front tire. Apply some thread lock to the handlebar bolt threads, position the handlebars at the same angle as the rake of the front forks and tighten the nuts.

Mount the front forks by sliding them into the triple tree evenly, then tighten the two allen wrench screws on each fork.

Mount the front tire by sliding the axel through the front forks. Ensure each axel spacer is on the appropriate side of the tire. Ensure the brake rotor is lined up inside the brake caliper when mounting. Apply some thread lock to the axel's threads and tighten the axel nut.

Check the chain guide to ensure that it allows the chain to move freely without rubbing.

Ensure you remove the engines vent tube clamp. The vent tube is located at the back of the engine. Failure to remove this clamp may cause overheating and/or irreversible damage to your engine.
